Account Credentials & Contact Info

We store your name, email address, password hashes, and phone numbers to authenticate logins, verify registration roles (Customer, Seller, Admin), and facilitate direct contact during delivery logistics.

Addresses & GPS Data

We store saved delivery addresses (street name, city, state, postal code, country) and latitude/longitude coordinates to establish kitchen availability and calculate precise delivery timelines.

Seller Business Profiles

For registered Sellers, we store kitchen business names, culinary descriptions, logos, banners, geographic locations, and FSSAI License numbers along with verification support documents.

Order & Transaction Ledgers

We retain order details, purchased items list, checkout notes, and Razorpay transaction identifiers (Payment ID, Order ID) to log sales, verify transaction status, and process payout settlements.

2How Your Information is Used

Your personal information is utilized strictly to deliver platform services, specifically:

  • Routing orders to respective Sellers for culinary preparation.
  • Updating active timelines for order tracking.
  • Sending push notifications regarding order status updates and payments.

3Data Storage & Financial Security

All database layers, including postgres layers and static assets, are hosted in secure cloud hosting environments protected with industry-standard firewalls and transport encryption.

Payment Security: Financial card numbers and banking credentials are never processed or stored directly on Dably servers. Instead, transactions are tokenized and processed securely by PCI-DSS certified payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) in accordance with payment industry standards.

4Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain session tokens and save items in your active shopping cart as you navigate across kitchen catalogs. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or marketing pixels for advertising profiles.

5Your Rights & Opt-out Controls

Users retain full control over their account data. You may request the absolute deletion of all your registered profile parameters, address logs, and order records at any time by lodging a ticket at our Customer Support Desk.
